- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the original shipping fees you paid during the purchase are non-refundable. Please note that shipping fees vary depending on your location and the weight of the package. We work with multiple shipping partners to offer you the best rates possible, but these costs are incurred based on the services provided.
- We cannot accept returned items that are sent back without using the return address provided by us. This is crucial for proper tracking and processing of your return. Please ensure you have the correct address before sending your item back.
- When returning your item(s), we kindly request that you use a local mail office rather than express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, or FEDEX. Opting for these premium express services may lead to additional import taxes being levied on you, and the delivery might be delayed due to complex customs clearance procedures. Our recommended local mail options are more cost-effective and have proven to be reliable for most returns.
Additional Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature:

Refunds

Sale Items

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
